I didn't receive a receipt for my donation

There can be several reason you didn't receive a receipt. 

First check that

  1. It isn't in your spam filter (shouldn't be the case but still check)
  2. Your checking the right email inbox (did you make it with a different email than usual?)

If you stil can't find your receipt, contact us and we will resend it. Most likely you just made a typo in your e-mail. Provide as much information as you can, so we can identify your donation.

We store email receipts for 30 days, after that we can't resend your receipt.
