If your organisation changes bank account, or simply wishes to have the monthly donations being paid out to a different account, you have to remember to provide us with the new information. You can see your current bank details by clicking on your Dashboard --> Settings --> Bank info. See screenshot below.
In order to change account, you need to contact our support and provide us with the new details. We need IBAN number + BIC/SWIFT. We furthermore need to have your bank confirming these details, by sending us a direct email to BetterNow, where they inform about IBAN+SWIFT/BIC and confirms which organisation the IBAN number belongs to. Have them sending the email to email@example.com.
